I suppose, as the author of Class::DBI::DDL, I should comment on this plugin. I mostly wrote it as an idea to prove the concept, but I'm not really happy with the execution. Since I'm wondering the wide realm of POOP again trying to find the non-existent perfect solution, perhaps I'll hack around on it again.
Read: Not ready for any kind of use, but if you have a suggestion, I'm listening. (Just post to RT at CPAN.)
